We are seeking a skilled and motivated Networking Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise network systems across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to latency, bandwidth, and connectivity.
• Maintain and administer network infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, or other enterprise networking solutions.
• Implement and manage network security protocols and devices (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Conduct network capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Work closely with system administrators, security teams, and other IT staff to ensure network stability and integration.
• Maintain documentation related to network topology, configuration, and standards.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup solutions related to network services.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP, or similar network hardware.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).
• Solid understanding of firewall configurations and network security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA).
• Experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and VoIP technologies.
• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Ansible).
