OPEN POSITION: HEAD BARISTA

A Barista is a skilled professional responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent customer service. Baristas play a key role in creating a welcoming café experience by combining beverage expertise with customer interaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Coffee Preparation Skills: Proficiency in preparing espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, and other beverages using coffee machines.
• Knowledge of Ingredients: Understanding coffee beans, milk types, syrups, and beverage recipes.
• Customer Service: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and service areas.
• Equipment Handling: Knowledge of operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently with team members during busy hours.

Educational Background:

• Basic Education: Minimum high school qualification or equivalent.
• Barista Training: Certification or training in coffee making is an added advantage.
• On-the-Job Training: Practical experience in cafés or restaurants preferred.

Career Path and Growth:

• Entry-level: Barista / Junior Barista learning basic beverage preparation.
• Mid-level: Senior Barista handling advanced recipes and customer service.
