Head of B2B Business Development & Corporate Sales

Leyjao LLP is expanding its business from consumer-focused BNPL solutions into the B2B and corporate sector. We are building corporate partnerships, business financing solutions, and structured programs for organizations that want to provide flexible purchasing, financing, and value-added services to their employees, customers, or business networks.

To lead this expansion, we are looking for a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Head of B2B Business Development & Corporate Sales who can build the B2B division, develop the corporate sales strategy, set up processes and policies, lead a team, and drive revenue growth through strong corporate partnerships.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Leyjao's B2B growth strategy. This role requires a strong corporate sales leader who can identify market opportunities, design go-to-market plans, approach large businesses, close strategic partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to shape B2B products and services.

This is a leadership role for someone who has strong experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, financial services, fintech, BNPL, lending, SaaS, telecom, banking, or enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy
  • Develop and execute Leyjao's B2B and corporate sales strategy.
  • Identify high-potential industries, corporate segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build Leyjao's corporate client pipeline across employers, merchants, institutions, and business networks.
  • Create structured sales plans, market entry strategies, pricing recommendations, and revenue targets.
  • Develop corporate proposals, partnership models, and business cases for new B2B opportunities.

Corporate Sales & Partnerships

  • Approach, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, Admin Heads, and Business Owners.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and account expansion.
  • Develop long-term partnerships that support Leyjao's growth, brand visibility, and revenue.

Team Setup & Sales Operations

  • Build and lead the B2B sales and business development team.
  • Develop sales policies, SOPs, reporting structures, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Create sales scripts, pitch decks, proposal formats, CRM processes, and client onboarding workflows.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor the corporate sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Establish a disciplined sales culture focused on pipeline management, follow-ups, closures, and client retention.

Product & Market Development

  • Work closely with product, finance, operations, risk, and customer support teams to develop B2B-focused solutions.
  • Gather market feedback from corporate clients and convert it into product improvement recommendations.
  • Help define Leyjao's B2B value proposition, customer journey, onboarding process, and service delivery model.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, corporate outreach, events, and brand-building activities for the B2B segment.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own B2B revenue targets, client acquisition targets, and partnership growth goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, management updates, and market analysis.
  • Track sales funnel performance, conversion rates, client onboarding status, and team productivity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and strong account management after onboarding.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring corporate clients and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Experience in fintech, BNPL, banking, lending, insurance, SaaS, telecom, employee benefits, or financial services will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, decision-making structures, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Experience in building or managing a sales team.
  • Ability to create sales strategies, processes, KPIs, and reporting systems from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and create commercially viable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, corporate presentations, and business development activities.
