Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage supplier and service contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks effectively.

  • Track contract performance, compliance, and renewals.

  • Maintain and update the contract database with version and access controls.

  • Coordinate with legal teams on disputes, variations, and claims.

  • Review and advise on contract terms during tendering and RFP stages.

  • Standardize contract templates and develop contracting tools.

  • Provide training to procurement teams on contract management and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in contract management or procurement, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and commercial contract law.

  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
