Head Of Department (Resource Generation)

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a highly accomplished, visionary, and results-driven professional to lead its Resource Generation Department. This senior leadership role is critical to strengthening sustainable fundraising, building strategic donor partnerships, and implementing world-class systems aligned with the Trust’s mission and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to resource generation and fundraising excellence.
• Design and implement global fundraising policies, strategies, and world-class operational systems.
• Develop and strengthen long-term donor relationship models at institutional and individual levels.
• Provide strategic insights, expert recommendations, and advisory support to the Leadership Council (Shura).
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement in fundraising operations.

Requirements

• Education: Ph.D. or MBA from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in fundraising, resource generation, or senior leadership roles.

Pay: Rs1,000,000.00 - Rs1,500,000.00 per month
