SUMMARY
The Head of ERP is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimization of ERP platforms (SAP & Odoo) across multiple entities within the IBL Group. This role drives digital transformation initiatives, ensures process standardization, aligns ERP capabilities with business strategy, and manages cross-functional teams to support business continuity, operational efficiency, and innovation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· ERP Strategy & Execution
- Lead the group-wide ERP roadmap covering SAP and Odoo platforms across business entities.
- Ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and functional business needs.
- Manage ERP upgrades, rollouts, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Establish ERP governance and change control processes across the group.
· Business Transformation & Process Reengineering
- Drive cross-functional process reengineering aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate digital enablement by identifying automation and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with business units to transform manual and siloed processes into scalable digital workflows.
· Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business functions for ERP and transformation programs.
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors, power users, and department heads.
- Lead steering committee meetings, project reviews, and status reporting to senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead cross-functional ERP teams, functional analysts, and consultants.
- Promote continuous learning and knowledge-sharing among ERP power users and key users.
- Support capability building within business functions to drive ERP ownership and adoption.
Project & Change Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Implement structured change management frameworks to support adoption.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with transparency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with infrastructure, InfoSec, business analysis, and data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support audit, compliance, and financial reporting requirements through ERP controls.
AUTHORITIES
- Define and enforce ERP governance frameworks and change control policies.
- Approve and prioritize ERP-related enhancement and transformation initiatives across business units.
- Recommend platform-level decisions and vendor engagements to Group CTO.
- Authorize functional requirement finalization in alignment with business stakeholders.
- Escalate and mediate cross-functional issues that impact ERP implementation, process transformation, or user adoption.
- Represent ERP and transformation interests in steering committee meetings and Group-level IT forums.
- Oversee ERP project budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with Finance and PMO.
- Drive accountability from internal power users and external partners for project deliverables and operational KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in ERP leadership, with proven delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and Odoo ERP systems.
- Experience in multi-entity or group-level ERP environments.
- Expertise in business process mapping, redesign, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with change management, governance models, and enterprise integration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
