About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources who will go beyond traditional HR administration to design and implement impactful human resource development and leadership initiatives.

This role is pivotal in shaping the Organization’s people strategy—developing talent from within, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding best-in-class HR practices that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational culture.

Strategic Objective of the Role

The primary objective of this role is to build in-house human capital and organizational leadership, ensuring the Organization is well-positioned for future growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Development & Leadership Building

  • Design and implement structured learning, development, and leadership programs.
  • Build a sustainable leadership pipeline through succession planning and talent identification.
  • Develop clear career paths, competency frameworks, and growth plans for employees.
  • Coach senior management and emerging leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.

HR Strategy & Policy Framework

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Organization’s long-term vision.
  • Establish and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Embed best-in-class HR practices to improve employee retention and performance.

Employee Welfare & Compliance

  • Establish and manage employee welfare programs, including Gratuity and Provident Fund.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

Culture, Engagement & Performance

  • Drive a cultural transformation aligned with organizational values.
  • Enhance employee engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Foster a high-performance, values-driven, and inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in HR development, leadership training, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to lead cultural and organizational change.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee welfare systems, and HR compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
