As we scale rapidly, we are seeking a strong HR leader to build structure, culture, and people systems across the organisation.

Role Overview:

The Head of HR will own the entire People function — Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Culture, HR Operations, Compliance, SOP creation, and Leadership Support.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong execution skills who can manage a growing workforce and build scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Drive HR strategy aligned with organisational growth.
  • Partner with Founders on workforce planning and productivity frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Operations, Tech & Corporate teams.
  • Build strong hiring pipelines and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Strengthen employer branding across platforms.

Performance Management

  • Implement OKRs/KRAs and run review & appraisal cycles.
  • Lead capability-building and training initiatives.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Drive onboarding, engagement activities, communication, and retention.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage payroll, attendance, HRMS, statutory compliance, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and policies.

SOP & Scope of Work (SOW) Development

  • Create and maintain clear SOPs for all HR processes.
  • Draft/update SOWs for teams and vendors.
  • Standardize processes and conduct periodic audits.

Required Experience

  • 5–6 years of full-time HR experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR leadership/managerial responsibility.
  • Must have handled a minimum workforce of 200+ employees.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or service-based organisation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, TA, compliance & HRMS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
