Job Overview:
The Head of HR will lead and oversee all human resource functions of Win Win Marketing & Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., ensuring that the company’s people strategy aligns with its business goals. The role demands an experienced HR professional with a strong background in real estate, performance management, and ISO documentation, who can develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies that drive productivity and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Partner with management to set and achieve departmental and sales targets.
- Support business growth through effective workforce planning and talent management.
2. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Lead recruitment drives using digital platforms and industry networks.
- Ensure timely hiring of competent professionals for sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes to align new employees with company culture.
3. Performance & Appraisal Management:
- Design and monitor KPIs across all departments, ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance appraisals, including approvals and feedback.
- Align individual and team performance with company sales and marketing objectives.
4. ISO & Compliance:
- Maintain ISO documentation and compliance standards within HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and company regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR and administrative processes for continuous improvement.
5. Training & Development:
- Develop and maintain training records for all staff.
- Organize skill development programs and sales training sessions.
- Ensure employees meet professional certification and compliance requirements.
6. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Address employee grievances effectively and uphold disciplinary standards.
- Support management and team collaboration across vertical and horizontal projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector.
- Certifications: HR or Real Estate Training/Certification preferred.
- Technical Knowledge:
- ISO documentation and HR compliance
- Recruitment through digital platforms

Compensation:
Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
