Head of IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and internal teams
• Ensure robust data governance and regulatory compliance
• Drive innovation and modernization of legacy systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience; minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
