Head of Marketing

Karachi, Pakistan

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage the overall marketing strategy for Skillston Institute and its three ventures: Skillston Educational System, Travelink International, and Indus Free Zone. You will be responsible for building strong brand identities, driving admissions and business growth, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

A) Brand Development & Marketing Collateral

  • Design and oversee all print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, prospectuses, flyers, and ads.
  • Establish a unique and consistent brand identity across all ventures.

B) Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising).
  • Manage websites and digital content (including ticketing, booking, and admissions platforms) in collaboration with third parties.
  • Conduct regular SEO and social media audits to ensure best practices and continuous optimization.
  • Increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and admissions through targeted online strategies.

C) Campaign & Budget Management

  • Develop, track, and optimize marketing campaign budgets for all ventures.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

D) Strategic Growth & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with management and CEOs to refine marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Identify and implement the latest marketing trends relevant to education, travel, and real estate/industrial zones.
  • Drive growth through innovative strategies, industrial collaborations, and franchise expansion plans.
  • Oversee and manage events, competitions, and other promotional activities.

E) Leadership & Communication

  • Supervise all social media platforms to ensure brand consistency.
  • Handle public and partner communications in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in education, or related field.
  • At least 05 years of relevant experience.

Overall Role

You will be responsible for strategically marketing and managing all three ventures under the Skillston Institute umbrella. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic growth who can adapt campaigns to diverse industries education, travel, and industrial development while ensuring measurable results and sustainable growth.
