Head of Marketing

We are a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai with a strong focus on both primary (off-plan) and secondary markets. As we expand our brand presence, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing division, build strategy, and drive impactful campaigns that support our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy (digital, offline, branding, PR, events).
• Manage and mentor the marketing team (content, design, social media, videography, performance marketing).
• Lead campaign planning for property launches, open houses, and brokerage events.
• Oversee all branding and communication materials — ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Manage Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, and paid media campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and measure ROI.
• Coordinate with developers for co-marketing opportunities and launch events.
• Supervise creative production including photo/video shoots, ads, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong brand position.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role within real estate (UAE experience required).
• Proven success in real estate campaign management and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM integrations).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic and data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
