Requirements:

9+ years of overall marketing experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role as Head of Marketing.

Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and executing high-impact campaigns.

Experience in Middle East markets preferred, with exposure to international marketing practices.

Background in proptech or related sectors preferred.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire marketing teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on approach with the ability to oversee both strategy and execution effectively.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, sales, and customer engagement.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, coordinating cross-functional campaigns across channels.

Manage digital, social media, offline, and campaigns aligned with the companys brand and projects.

Promote the companys proptech solutions and expand business locally and internationally.
