Job Title: Operations Director

Location: Riyadh

Job Purpose

The Operations Director will lead and optimize the company’s industrial and pump operations, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with quality and safety standards. With strong expertise in pump operation businesses, the role will focus on driving productivity, enhancing supply chain performance, and aligning day-to-day operations with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality outcomes across pump operations and related industrial activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations including pump production, service operations, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance .
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives ( Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen ) to optimize pump assembly, testing, and field service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and pump industry standards , alongside company policies.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational forecasts, ensuring profitability in pump service and spare parts business.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, R&D, and Quality to align pump operations with corporate objectives.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering operational excellence and accountability.
  • Lead automation, digital transformation, and modern pump operation technologies to enhance business competitiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor and client relationships within the pump sector to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of industrial operations experience, including extensive exposure in pump operations, maintenance, and service businesses , with at least 7 years in leadership .
  • Strong expertise in production processes, supply chain, and pump quality systems.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
  • ERP and operational data analysis proficiency.
  • English & Arabic is mandatory.
