The Head of Partnerships will lead and manage relationships with PR, media, and communications agencies to drive business growth, maximize revenue, and strengthen the organization’s market presence. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to agency management, PR measurement, and commercial oversight. The position will collaborate closely with Key Account Directors to ensure agency outputs align with broader business objectives, while representing the organization at industry events and fostering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and oversee PR measurement frameworks to track media impact, sentiment, and ROI.

Ensure agencies provide timely, accurate, and insight-driven reports.

Translate PR outcomes into actionable business intelligence.

Agency Relationship Management

Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with PR, media, and communication agencies.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and agencies for seamless collaboration.

Ensure agencies deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Collaboration with Key Account Directors

Work closely with all Key Account Directors to ensure PR and agency strategies support client needs.

Collaborate on joint initiatives to maximize account growth and client satisfaction.

Align agency deliverables with overall account strategies and business objectives.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

Drive business development opportunities through agency partnerships and PR initiatives.

Identify new revenue streams and expand service offerings.

Develop strategies to increase growth, cross-sell, and upsell across accounts.

Commercial & Contractual Oversight

Negotiate contracts and oversee commercial terms with agencies.

Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements while optimizing cost efficiency.

Monitor budgets, margins, and profitability of agency collaborations.

Networking & Industry Presence

Build strong networks across media, PR, and communications industries.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Oversee planning and execution of PR-driven events, activations, and campaigns.

Collaborate with agencies to ensure impactful delivery aligned with brand and business objectives.

Technical Competencies/ Skills:

Strong knowledge of PR, media, and communications industry in MENA.

Excellent negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.

Exceptional communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:

3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or related roles.

Relevant certifications such as CIPR, MIPR, or AMEC are a plus.
