About the Division:
Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.
With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?
1. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Develop, align, and execute monthly and annual S&OP plans ensuring synchronization between Production, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance. Achieve 100% compliance with approved production plans.
2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
Lead execution of MRP for local parts, ensuring continuous availability of materials to meet production schedules. Maintain optimal inventory levels with zero stockouts or overstocking.
3. Imported Parts & Inbound Logistics
Ensure timely ordering, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and delivery of imported CKD parts. Maintain visibility and control across the end-to-end supply chain for imported components.
4. Warehousing & Inventory Management
Oversee warehousing operations for CKD and local parts, ensuring proper storage, FIFO adherence, safety compliance, and system accuracy. Drive inventory optimization through efficient space utilization and process improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate strong coordination with Production, Quality, Marketing, and Finance teams for alignment on planning priorities and execution timelines. Ensure 100% adherence to internal processes and reporting standards.
6. Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and present periodic operational reports, KPIs, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and safety standards. Lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives across logistics and warehouse functions.
7. Leadership & People Development
Lead and develop a high-performing Planning & Logistics team. Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration aligned with AGTL’s values.
