Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Real Estate Technology & Business Growth to lead business expansion, property onboarding, sales, technology adoption, AI automation, and operations. This is a strategic leadership role for a highly motivated professional capable of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and managing cross-functional operations in Pakistan’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development and growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage end-to-end business growth initiatives, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations
- Lead stakeholder onboarding, including developers, agencies, strategic partners, and corporate clients
- Lead adoption and implementation of real estate technology (Prop Tech), AI automation, and digital tools
- Manage and optimize CRM systems, sales automation, analytics dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Oversee pricing models, listing packages, and advertising solutions for developers and agents
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and accuracy of property listings and data
- Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, tech, and operations
- Establish KPIs, SOPs, workflows, and performance management systems
- Handle high-level negotiations, contracts, and long-term partnerships
- Monitor city-wise market trends, inventory performance, and sales effectiveness
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, tech, and operations teams
- Represent the company in developer meetings, property expos, and real estate forums in Pakistan
- Act as a key bridge between leadership, technology teams, and commercial functions
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience: 12+ years in Pakistan Real Estate Market, Prop tech, digital platforms, or technology-driven businesses, with senior management or Director-level experience
- Property Onboarding & Sales: Proven track record in developer, agency, and broker partnerships, bulk property listings, and inventory growth
- Business Development & Strategy: Strong experience in strategic planning, revenue growth, market expansion, and business operations
- Technology & AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, AI automation, analytics tools, and PropTech platforms
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, social media, content, paid campaigns, and lead generation strategies
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in negotiation, partnership management, and high-level client engagement
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, optimize operations, and make revenue-focused decisions
- Pakistan Real Estate Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, city-wise trends, and developer/agent networks
- Operational Excellence: Ability to implement SOPs, workflows, performance monitoring, and governance
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both internal leadership and external stakeholders
