We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale the real estate sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization across residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments.
Reporting directly to the Nouzl CEO, this role owns the full sales strategy, go-to-market execution, customer experience, and CRM optimization. The position requires strong exposure to competitive, fast-growth real estate markets and a proven ability to lead large sales teams while closing complex, high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall commercial and growth objectives.

Lead market expansion initiatives leveraging experience from high-growth and competitive real estate environments.

Build go-to-market plans tailored to residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments.

Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning to continuously refine sales strategy.
Sales Execution & Revenue Management

Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closing.

Drive pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and revenue achievement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and high-value clients.

Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, documentation standards, and real estate regulations.
Customer Experience & CRM Ownership

Own and enhance the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to post-sale.

Oversee CRM system design, enhancement, and utilization to ensure accurate data, automated workflows, and effective follow-up.

Drive improvements in lead conversion, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
People Leadership & Sales Excellence

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-level sales team (managers, supervisors, and sales executives).

Set clear performance targets, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.

Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results, speed, and customer excellence.

Conduct regular coaching, training, and capability-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with proven exposure to competitive real estate markets.

Demonstrated experience in residential, mixed-use, or master-planned developments.

Strong track record in leading sales teams, managing CRM systems, and closing large-scale transactions.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
