About Us:
Union Developers is a rapidly growing real estate development company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Sales with a strong real estate background to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for all real estate projects
  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Establish sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Oversee property sales campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Report directly to senior management with performance updates and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 -15 years of proven experience in real estate sales (required)
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or head-level role
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
