We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to build, lead, and scale our sales and lead generation function. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth for staff augmentation, software development, and BPO services across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B lead generation, outbound sales strategy, digital demand generation, and account-based marketing, with a proven track record of working with US, UK, and GCC clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Design and execute B2B Business generation strategies for staff augmentation, software development, and BPO services
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation → qualification → appointment setting → handover to closers
- Build and scale outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital channels
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Gen team
- Define KPIs, targets, and reporting frameworks to track ROI and pipeline performance
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and Delivery Teams
Market & Client Focus
- Generate qualified leads in US, UK, Europe, Canada, and GCC markets
- Position company offerings in staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and custom software development
- Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and sales enablement content
Digital & Brand Enablement
- Leverage LinkedIn branding, content marketing, and digital campaigns to strengthen market presence
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, trends, and conversion metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Generation
- Strong background in IT services, software development, or staff augmentation sales
- Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and CRM-driven sales processes
- Proven experience selling to international clients (US/UK/GCC)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Background
- Experience working with software houses, IT consultancies, or BPO firms
- Exposure to enterprise and mid-market clients
- Understanding of offshore delivery models and cost-arbitrage value propositions
