Head Of the Department(Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and guide the team and the branches, creating a positive work environment. Set goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.

· Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify market trends and competitors, and plan pricing and promotional activities.

· Manage inventory levels and streamline procurement and dispatch processes. Optimize inventory efficiency and maintain good relationships with other departments.

· Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and complaints. Expand the customer base and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Recruit and train a skilled team. Provide regular training to improve product knowledge and customer service.

· Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations. Forecast sales, analyze data, and manage budgets to achieve targets.

· Involved in Sales Target setting discussions with other HODs, providing market inputs in the process, analysis, and reviews on different parameters regularly with the team and charting out plans in achieving the goals.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

· Experience in trading or sales management, with leadership experience.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Take initiative both as a team member and a leader

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Hindi.

Salary: up to AED 20,000 including performance linked incentives (PLI's)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
