We’re looking for a Helpdesk Agent with 4+ years of experience in Helpdesk and Customer Service, preferably within the Healthcare sector.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers
  • Good IT knowledge of computer hardware & software

Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certified
