Key Responsibility – Manufacturing Finance

Job Description:
- Prepare annual operating plan/budgets for the manufacturing operations capturing key operational and financial targets
- Development of the MIS structure capturing all relevant KPIs for manufacturing operations for API and FDF
- Review of monthly operations performance with site teams and identify /highlight relevant insights for management decision making
- Preparation of presentation on monthly operations performance for the management
- Responsible for identifying and driving improvement and evaluation of:
- Cost control and reduction initiatives
- Capex proposals
- Optimization of Idle time
- Responsible for procurement finance activities (procurement MIS, procurement Budgeting)
- Control, monitoring and approval of vendor debit notes
- Monitor inventory controlling, implement framework for identifying slow moving/obsolete inventory and timely liquidation and minimization of losses
- Review of quarterly inventory provisions for quarterly/annual accounts
- Responsible for product cost calculation, review and monitoring.
