Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate wait times to guests and provide updates as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional guest services.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is great, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and communication.
• Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
