Hiring - Senior Maintenance Planning Technician for Oil and Gas Plants (Qatar Onshore)

We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Planning Technician for Qatar Energy Oil and Gas Plants.

Primary Role: The Primary Purpose of the Job Senior Maintenance Planning Technician are as follows:

• To support Routine Preventive Maintenance, preparation, planning for maintenance in the areas of Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation
• Reviews daily maintenance list of notifications, verifying information correctness and suggest for improvement.
• Ensuring that all materials, equipment, tools, permits, resources and logistic are available before job is started.
• Communicate with maintenance engineer/senior Tech on work in progress.
• Prepares integrated plant maintenance weekly schedule inclusive of all PM, Condition Monitoring, Inspections and Corrective maintenance work.

Qualifications/Experience/Additional requirements:

• Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, technical diploma/trade certificate
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be fully familiar with construction drawings, isometric and P. & I.Ds.
• Must have relevant experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP or similar), and Planning & Scheduling software. (Primavera, Prometheus, Excel and Microsoft Project).
• Works in Air-conditioned office environment 30% and Exposure to prevailing outdoor climatic condition 70%.
• Have knowledge and skill to estimate labour hours, material requirement and skills needed to complete a job.
• The candidate has to have multi-skilled experience and high level of competency in the mechanical maintenance activities and intermediate level in electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.
• The candidate shall have minimum (10) years’ experience in the oil and gas related business.
• Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License (preferred)
