Job Description

West Avenue Global is hiring an experienced Holiday Consultant /Sales Consultant to assist walk-in clients, understand their travel requirements, and successfully close bookings during client meetings. The ideal candidate is confident, sales-driven, and skilled in client handling and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in clients professionally
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages
• Explain destinations, packages, pricing, and inclusions clearly
• Close bookings during client visits
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain positive and long-term client relationships
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience
• Experience in the tourism/travel industry is a plus
• Strong client-handling and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident, professional, and presentable personality
• Target-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

• Hindi & English – Mandatory
• Tagalog or any additional language is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 + Incentives(based on experience)
• Commissions: As per company policy
