Hospital Administrator – Welfare Hospital

Job Description:
The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for managing all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the welfare hospital. The role involves ensuring smooth healthcare service delivery, compliance with regulations, and effective utilization of resources while supporting the hospital’s mission to provide affordable or free healthcare to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hospital operations including patient services, staff, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
  • Manage hospital budgets, financial records, and cost-control measures.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to maintain quality patient care.
  • Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management and governing bodies.
  • Build partnerships with welfare organizations, donors, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in hospital or welfare/charity healthcare administration.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and financial management.
  • Commitment to welfare and community healthcare services.
