Hospitality Trainer

Job Title: Hospitality Trainer

Location: New Garden Town Campus, Lahore

Job Type: Full Time, On-Site

COTHM is seeking a motivated Hospitality Trainer with a background in hospitality management and at least 2 years of experience in teaching. The role involves training students in core hospitality operations, including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Rooms Division, and Sales & Marketing. Strong communication and spoken English skills, professional presentation, and confidence in delivering presentations are essential. Familiarity with teaching methodologies, MS Office, and a positive, student-focused attitude is required.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant degree/diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Practical exposure to the Food & Beverage department

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong spoken English proficiency is a must
  • Well-groomed and presentable in line with hospitality industry standards
  • Confident in delivering lectures and presentations
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and training techniques
