We are hiring a strong, organized, and professional Host to manage the front of house. This is not a passive role — you are responsible for controlling the flow of the restaurant, maintaining structure, and supporting the entire service team.

If you are not comfortable working under pressure, multitasking, or taking direction, this is not the right position.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally — no delays, no distractions
• Control reservations, waitlists, and seating with accuracy and urgency
• Maintain strict table rotation and support service flow at all times
• Communicate clear and realistic wait times
• Work directly with servers, bartenders, and management to avoid bottlenecks
• Answer phones and handle reservations correctly and efficiently
• Keep the host stand clean, organized, and fully in control
• Step in to assist the floor when needed — no standing idle

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Must be punctual — late arrivals will not be tolerated
• Must be able to handle high-volume service without losing composure
• Strong communication skills — clear, direct, and professional
• Must be proactive and aware — not reactive
• Ability to multitask and stay organized at all times
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Work Standards

• No phone use while on the floor
• No standing around or waiting to be told what to do
• You are expected to stay aware of the entire dining room at all times
• You must move with urgency and purpose
• Professional appearance and attitude are required at all times

Schedule & Pay

• Must be available nights and weekends
• Pay based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
