Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage recipe mapping for all menu items
  • Link menu dishes with accurate inventory ingredients and quantities
  • Maintain inventory data and ensure proper stock deduction setup
  • Monitor automated inventory deductions based on customer orders
  • Manage automatic “Sold Out / 86” settings when stock reaches critical levels
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for inventory accuracy

Requirements:

  • Background in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Restaurant Operations
  • Experience with POS systems and Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of recipe costing and inventory management
  • Good computer, Excel, and data management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle system updates accurately

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HOTEL MANAGEMETN : 2 years (Preferred)
