Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Guest Experience: Maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence by upholding the highest standards of service, handling VIP relations, and swiftly resolving any guest concerns.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue through strategic pricing and upselling without compromising quality.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly given the unique climatic conditions of Murree.
- Strategic Planning: Report directly to ownership, providing insights on occupancy trends, competitive analysis, and property improvement plans.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a reputable 4/5-star property or a high-end boutique hotel.
- Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for service with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple departments effectively.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements, revenue management, and budgeting.
- Local Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the Murree tourism market and its seasonal trends is a significant plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality cycle.
