Job Opportunity: Housekeeping Supervisor – Masjid

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the Masjid premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that the environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for worshippers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff to maintain the Masjid’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor daily cleaning schedules for prayer halls, ablution areas, restrooms, and surrounding premises.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and available when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs required to management promptly.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on best cleaning practices and discipline.
• Coordinate with management for special cleaning during events, Jummah prayers, and Ramadan.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate. or B.Com
• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (experience in mosques, hotels, or institutions preferred).
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the sanctity of the Masjid environment.
