Role Summary
The
Housing Supervisor
is responsible for managing all staff accommodation, housing facilities, and related services to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-organized living environment for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Accommodation & Facilities Management

Enforce accommodation rules and regulations fairly and consistently

Assign staff to accommodation based on entitlement, nationality, gender, and religion

Prepare welcome kits for new joiners
-
Manage linen issuance and exchange
-
Conduct regular room and building inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance
-
Maintain updated accommodation lists and emergency evacuation records
-
Oversee housing inventory and submit monthly reports to HR
-
Coordinate logistics for visiting staff and partners
Maintenance & Safety
-
Track and follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
-
Maintain detailed maintenance records
-
Ensure all housing areas meet health, safety, and hygiene standards
-
Enforce fire safety, emergency procedures, and hazard prevention practices
HR & Cross-Department Coordination
-
Work closely with Human Resources, Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments on onboarding, transitions, supplies, and accommodation needs

Maintain professional and respectful relationships across all departments
