HP Sales Manager - Computer Hardware - KSA site

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the hardware industry and least 5 years managerial level.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
