Job Description
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the hardware industry and least 5 years managerial level.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
