We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. If you have 3-4 years of experience in human resources and are passionate about creating a positive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

Handle employee relations and provide support to staff.

Assist with performance management, employee training, and development programs.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws.

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
