HR and Admin
Roles & responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff to ensure a smooth and professional joining experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and support the HRIS/ERP system to ensure up-to-date information and reporting.
Assist with recruitment for non-teaching roles including advertising, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Support staff with HR-related queries including attendance, leave, benefits and insurance.
Help to manage employee relations matters in line with policy and guidance from the Head office.
Assist in performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives and HR audits.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the school
Address employee grievances promptly and maintain workplace harmony efficiently
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor or Masters degree.
Familiar with school HR duties in UAE
Previous experience in school as HR / Admin
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
