Hiring for HR Admin Assistant in Qatar

Job Description

Need Arab candidates

Experience:5+ yrs

Core HR Administrative Skills

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including job titles, departments, and reporting lines
  • Processing leave applications and tracking attendance
  • Supporting onboarding by coordinating documentation and workspace setup

Communication and Coordination

  • Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments
  • Coordinating with external recruitment agencies and assisting in interview scheduling

Technical and System Proficiency

  • Familiarity with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors for workflows like ID creation and time entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems

Policy and Compliance Awareness

  • Handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality
  • Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
  • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
