  • Manage recruitment for service staff, kitchen staff, supervisors, and managers
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and job training coordination
  • Maintain employee records, licenses, and ID documentation
  • Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, shifts, and overtime
  • Monitor staff turnover and support retention initiatives
  • Process payroll inputs, tips, service charge distribution, and incentives
  • Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance resolution
  • Coordinate performance reviews and skill-based training
  • Oversee daily administrative operations across outlets or kitchens
  • Manage staff uniforms, grooming standards, and replacements
  • Coordinate vendor services
  • Support audits and inspections by health and labor authorities
  • Manage office and outlet supplies (stationery, consumables, POS materials)
  • Handle accommodation and transportation for staff
  • Support outlet managers with reports and administrative needs
  • Ability to handle high attrition environments
  • Excellent coordination and people management skills
  • Multitasking and problem-solving in fast-paced operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tally Software: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
