  • Support recruitment, interview coordination & onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and prepare HR letters.
  • Monitor attendance for HO & sites and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
  • Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity & contractor compliance.
  • Handle employee queries, communication & basic grievance support.
  • Manage office administration: housekeeping, stationery, travel, vendor coordination.
  • Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports & support HR audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
