Job Description – HR & Admin Associate
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Associate to manage HR operations and daily administrative functions while supporting organizational growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR process development, office administration, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
- Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and maintenance of HR records
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures
- Track attendance, leave, probation confirmations, appraisals, and other performance metrics
- Support employee engagement, workplace culture initiatives, and development programs
- Maintain employee, vendor, and administrative records (physical and digital filing systems)
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Ensure a smooth office environment and the availability of essentials such as pantry supplies, water bottles, and water tankers
- Coordinate across departments (HR, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Support, Management)
- Handle official email setup, access management, and basic IT coordination (servers, domains, troubleshooting)
- Support admin and warehouse operations as required
- Maintain HR and administrative reports, metrics, and documentation for management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace compliance, and professional conduct
Requirements
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Familiarity with performance management systems, KPIs, and employee evaluations
- Basic understanding of labor laws and workplace compliance
- Experience handling office administration, vendor coordination, and operational tasks
- Basic IT awareness: email servers, domain setup, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
- Experience working with HRIS, ERP, or admin systems
- Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
- Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
2–3 years of hands-on HR and/or administration experience
