Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.

  • Communication Support

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft and proofread documents.

  • Document & File Management

Maintain filing systems; prepare reports, presentations, and audit documentation.

  • Housekeeping Supervision

Oversee daily housekeeping activities; ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards; coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors

  • Attendance Management
  • Monitor employee attendance; maintain records; assist with leave tracking and reporting.
  • Audit Documentation Preparation

Compile and organize documents required for internal and external audits; ensure timely and accurate submissions.

  • Office Coordination

Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping

Update databases, track expenses, and support HR or finance teams.

  • Guest Management

Welcome and assist visitors; maintain visitor logs; ensure guests are directed appropriately and receive a professional experience.

  • Confidentiality & Compliance

Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
