We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Executive who has hands-on experience in handling end-to-end HR functions along with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage HR processes, support employees, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth office administration.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Payroll: Direct

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding & induction processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, communication, and grievance support.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and company guidelines.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee communication.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service providers.
  • Handle asset management, procurement, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and office event coordination.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure—IT support coordination, security, utilities, etc.
  • Monitor office expenses, petty cash, and assist with basic administrative reports.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and administrative operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional HR certifications are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,470.86 - ₹23,226.30 per month
