We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage our human resources functions and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with labor laws, all while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing new employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update accurate physical and digital employee records and HR databases (e.g., contracts, leave requests, attendance, personal information) with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Payroll and Benefits Support: Gather and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data, and coordinate with the relevant teams (internal or external) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR practices and company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in developing, updating, and communicating policies and the employee handbook.
  • Office Administration & Facilities Management: Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling vendor relations, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Employee Relations & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in resolving workplace issues and plan employee engagement activities or events.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,646.67 - ₹34,237.05 per month
