Job Overview

Miracle Events and Entertainment is looking for a mature, proactive, and well-organized HR / Admin Executive (Female) to manage human resources, office administration, and internal operations. This role requires strong people-handling skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
  • Implement HR policies, internal processes, and statutory compliance
  • Handle employee engagement, grievances, and internal communication
  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations
  • Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workforce requirements
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and confidential information
  • Support leadership with HR reporting and compliance documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and admin operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
  • Experience in events or creative industries will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
