Job Summary:
A reputable manufacturing organization requires a senior and highly experienced HR & Admin Manager to independently manage factory HR operations, labor relations, recruitment, administration, and statutory compliance. The role demands a mature, firm, and hands-on professional with strong exposure to industrial and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end responsibility of HR & Administration for factory operations
Extensive hiring & recruitment of workers, staff, supervisors, and officers
Workforce planning and manpower control for factory and support departments
Managing labor/workers issues, discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution
Handling attendance, shifts, overtime, leaves, and payroll coordination
Full control of factory administration (security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, and industrial regulations
Managing all matters related to EOBI, SESSI, Labor Department, inspections, and audits
Drafting, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
Maintaining complete HR records, statutory registers, and legal documentation
Regular coordination and reporting to Company Directors.
Required Experience & Profile:
Age: 40 years or above
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in HR & Admin, with strong focus on factory / industrial HR
Proven experience in Large-scale recruitment and manpower hiring
Industrial labor management and worker relations.
Government and statutory compliance (EOBI, SESSI, Labor Dept.)
Prior work experience in an industrial area or manufacturing setup is mandatory
Strong command over labor laws and workforce discipline
Firm, mature, and professional personality with high integrity
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Human Resources
Business Administration
Industrial Relations
Management or related discipline
