Experience :2 to 3 years of progressive experience in HR and administration
(Must Be have Experience in Relevant Field )

Jobs Description:

  • Strategy & Planning:

Align HR with business goals; design HR policies and foresee staffing needs

  • Talent Acquisition:

Manage recruitment lifecycle; support hiring managers with assessments and onboarding

  • Employee Relations:

Handle conflicts, appraisals, engagement and development activities

  • Compliance:

Ensure regulatory and policy adherence; maintain secure and confidential records

  • Organizational Culture:

Strengthen workplace environment and reinforce company values

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Generate actionable HR metrics for informed strategy and operational improvements
