GB Public School invites applications for an HR Executive to support school operations and staff management. The candidate will handle day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, documentation, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff recruitment, joining formalities, and exit processes
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Support onboarding, ID card preparation, and HR documentation
  • Handle communication between management and staff
  • Assist in organizing school events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office, Email, ERP)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
