Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse customer issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
  • Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
  • Handle the edara communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)
  • Manage the insource the outsource project end to end in terms of recruitment, communication, onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Assist in general administration to ensure edara operations run smoothly
  • Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related specialty

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business administration role

Skills

  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
  • Good analytical skills
