Responsibilities

Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, promotions, and exits, using Workday and other systems.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with global and local standards.

Support payroll inputs, approvals, and updates for timely processing.

Respond to employee and manager queries, providing clear and helpful guidance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards in all tasks.

Have expertise on EOBI portal & EOBI Payments & Claims.

Basis understanding of HR Operations pertaining to employee life cycle.
Qualifications/Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday, and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience working in a global organization or shared services environment.

Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements in Pakistan.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
Work Arrangement:
This role is based on-site in Pakistan, with flexibility for hybrid working as needed.
