HR and Accounts Assistant - Receptionist - FEMALE ONLY

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Accounts Assistant Taglog English Burmese Language FEMALE ONLY to support our human resources and accounts departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations — greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor and client records accurately.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, courier, and office documents.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception area.

HR Assistant:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboard new employees, conduct orientations, and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, maintaining data confidentially
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Punctual, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility.
  • Taglog or English Burmese Language

Accounts Assistant:

  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis.
  • Assist in managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Taglog orEnglish Burmese Language

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR and accounting software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounts: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Urdu/Hindi (Preferred)
